Version Two joins supergroup in 100% M&A deal

supergroup has acquired Version Two Media Ltd, a UK-based performance media company using native advertising to scale brands across the globe.

Since their formation in 2019, Version Two have specialised in high-volume customer acquisition. Their unique approach to native advertising on a performance basis has brought in business from the UK, US, Canada and Australia. 

2022 was a landmark year for Version Two by moved into new paid media channels using their proven native advertising framework. Joining supergroup will give Version Two more resources to expand into new sectors, channels and countries.

As part of the acquisition, Joe Williams, Founder of Version Two, takes on a new role as CCO of supergroup where he will lead innovations and commercial strategy across the group.
