The traditional media Network ‘buy and build’ model is creaking… networks acquire agencies, dilute culture, alienate founders, and lose significant value in the process. 

So we created supergroup as an alternative M&A network that successful Agency founders (like us) would authentically wish to join.

Ramping up M&A activity, we are planning to double the size of supergroup within the next two years.

He is also co-founder and investor in several DTC brands. Jim has 20+ years’ experience in growth strategy, M&A deals and culture creation.

The link between BLUE14 and supergroup, Jim keeps the deals flowing.
